Andrejs manages the firm’s California practice. He also serves on the board of Sun Valley Health, offering alternative immersive therapy based in Phoenix. He is also counsel, board member, or advisor for high-tech, healthcare, and cannabis companies in numerous states, Canada, and Australia. 

Previously, Andrejs served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Vice President of Government Affairs for Redflex Traffic Systems, Inc., which was the world leader in traffic camera enforcement systems (ASX: RDF). He also sat on the Board of Directors for Redflex's Canadian Subsidiary.

Prior to Redflex, he served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Vice President of Government Affairs for GameTech International Inc., at the time the leading provider of electronic bingo systems in North America. While at GameTech, Andrejs guided the company through its NASDAQ listing as well as a series of high-profile acquisitions.

Andrejs earned his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in California and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University. He is an active member of the California State Bar. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and the Arizona Manufacturer's Council.
